Return Policy

At Da Vinnci, We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we have outlined our return policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

     Unused Items:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

     Original Packaging:

• Please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, including dust bags and any accompanying accessories.

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS:

You may return an item within 7 days from the date of the product received. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS:

  Contact Customer Service:

• Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team at davinncigel@davinnci.store to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

   Authorization:

• Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and guide you on the next steps.

   Shipping:

• You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INSPECTION AND APPROVAL:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1. If the item is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
